Program Compensation & Support

Receive stipend support for three years, along with commission and bonus opportunities, subject to LIC rules and performance conditions.

    ₹7,000/month

    Stipend support + commission + bonus, subject to LIC rules

  2. 2nd Year

    ₹6,000/month

    Stipend support + commission + bonus, subject to LIC rules

  3. 3rd Year

    ₹5,000/month

    Stipend support + commission + bonus, subject to LIC rules

  4. Year 4+

    Commission-based

    Transition to full agent commission model

    Policy Coverage Target

    Complete and cover minimum 24+ lives (policies) during the 3-year program to ensure quality and client relationships.

  2. 2

    Commission Milestone

    Achieve minimum ₹48,000 in commission per calendar year to unlock full benefits and career advancement path.

  3. 3

    Training & Certification

    Attend the required IRDAI-approved training and complete certification steps before advisory work begins.

  4. 4

    Program Duration

    A 3-year structured program with stipend support. After completion, eligible candidates may continue on the full agent model.
